Before using the seal peel, be sure to clean the parts (dirt, moisture, fingerprints, etc.).
Insufficient cleaning may cause rust.
Please use a dedicated dissolution tank for dissolving SEALPEEL to ensure "proper temperature control" and "customer safety.
Inappropriate temperature control (excessive heating or overheating at low temperatures) will deteriorate the quality of seal peel.
Excessive heating of seal peel may cause ignition.
Do not carry a tank with molten seal peel in it, as this may cause an accident.
Use protective equipment as necessary, and be sure to ventilate the area while working.

Unlike the HOT type, some part numbers can be used for short-term (about 1 year) anti-corrosion protection measures outdoors.
It has a heat resistance of more than 100°C and protects the surface from heat.
It is resistant to strong acids and alkalis and protects surfaces from chemical reactions. (Since the performance may vary depending on the environment, please evaluate the performance in the actual working environment before use.)
The film has high insulation properties and can be used as an insulator.

Seal Peel's superior film shuts out oxygen and moisture in the air that cause rust on metal surfaces. The film does not deteriorate and has a rust-preventive effect of at least 2 years indoors and 1 year outdoors (specified items). It can protect any metal surface, regardless of its shape, from small parts to large structural members.
The surface coating effect of the Seal Peel film prevents dirt from adhering to the surface. It protects the surface from common stains such as mud and paint splattering during painting.
A thick, shock-absorbent film protects metal surfaces from scratches.
Seal Peel film with chemical resistance can be utilized as a masking agent for plating processes. Specifically, we have a wide range of experience in anodizing, nickel plating, and nickel-chrome plating. Environmentally friendly, high chemical resistance, and high adhesion items (#2100 Sustain) are also available, and can be used to improve the working environment without impairing workability.
